EXPLANATION FOR COMMON TOADSTOOL AND FUNGI NAME
Pluteus cervinus [Deer Mushroom] - Unusual name which I prefer to think of being a fungi favourite of deer, however I read that internal cell structure has a 3-pronged shape similar to deer antlers. Seems too technical to give as a common name though - so a deer dish it is, unless someone tells me otherwise
